• Markets your home online to reach local buyers
• Arranges showings for buyers and their agents
• Reviews and negotiates every offer with you
• Guides you through conditions and closing to possession day

That is the full service a seller expects from a REALTOR®. The difference is the commission.

What you pay, and when

• 2% total commission, paid when your home sells, as set out in your listing agreement.
• No up-front fees. You don't pay a listing fee to get on the market.
• The buyer brokerage's share is included. The 2% is the total commission, not 2% plus a separate amount for the buyer's side.
• Commissions are negotiable. Your commission is agreed in writing before your home is listed.
• Other selling costs, such as your own lawyer's fees, are separate from the commission.
