How selling with 2% Realty works

Here's what the process looks like, from your first call to handing over the keys.

1. Free home evaluation. A local REALTOR® looks at your home, recent comparable sales in your neighbourhood and what's competing with you right now. You get a realistic price range and a pricing plan. There's no cost and no obligation.
2. Get the home ready. Your REALTOR® walks through the home with you and points out the repairs, decluttering and staging that matter to buyers, and the ones that aren't worth your money.
3. List on the MLS® System. Your home goes on the MLS® System and REALTOR.ca, where buyers and every cooperating brokerage can find it. We add social media and online marketing to reach more local buyers.
4. Showings and offers. We book showings, collect feedback and review every offer with you line by line: price, conditions, deposit and possession date. Then we negotiate on your behalf.
5. Conditions and closing. Once you accept an offer, we keep the financing, inspection and other conditions on track and work with the buyer's REALTOR®, the lawyers and the lenders through to possession day.

With 2% Realty, you pay a 2% total commission when your home sells.* All commissions are negotiable. That includes full service from a local REALTOR®: a free home evaluation and pricing plan, professional photography, and a listing on the MLS® System and REALTOR.ca, where buyers and their REALTORS® search for homes. We also market your home online, handle showings, negotiate offers and guide you through closing.

According to the Lethbridge & District Association of REALTORS® (LDAR) monthly statistics for September 2026 (data source: Pillar 9), the City of Lethbridge recorded:

• 153 residential sales in September
• $424,653 average price for all residential sales
• $474,376 average price for detached homes
• $352,385 semi-detached, $334,527 row and $247,831 apartment average prices
• 410 homes in inventory, up 22% from September 2025
• 2.68 months of supply

Year to date to the end of September, LDAR reports 1,427 residential sales in the city at an average price of $448,023.
