Sell Your Home in Glenwood or Hill Spring
Glenwood and Hill Spring are neighbouring villages in the foothills of Cardston County, with the mountains of Waterton Lakes National Park on the horizon. Both were founded by Latter-day Saint settlers in the early 1900s and laid out on wide, generous lots. They share a school system and a lot of community life. 2% Realty helps sellers in both villages with full service from local REALTORS® and an MLS® listing, for a 2% total commission.*

Who buys here
These are small markets with a handful of sales a year. Almost all homes are single-detached houses, often on larger lots. Buyers include local families, ranch and farm households, people who work in Cardston, Pincher Creek or Fort Macleod, and retirees and outdoor lovers drawn by the mountain views and quick access to Waterton.
Hill Spring had an older population in 2021, with a median age of about 55, while Glenwood's was about 43. Many sales involve long-time owners downsizing or estates being settled.
Tips for a small-village sale
- Price it right from day one. With few local sales, we compare your home with recent sales across Cardston County and nearby towns, adjusting for lot size and condition.
- Sell the setting. Mountain views, big lots, gardens, outbuildings and room for horses or trailers are what buyers come here for. We make them the focus.
- Be ready for out-of-town buyers. Have utility costs, well or water details and the age of major systems on hand.
